Central Library

The Central Library of Mangalayatan University is well equipped with modern facilities and services. It is air-conditioned and spacious with a seating capacity of more than 300 users at a time. There is a provision of round the clock uninterrupted power supply to the Library. In addition to this, the library design is made in such a way that maximum natural lighting is available in both reading & collection areas.

To cater to the scholarly information needs of its users, Library has a strong collection of print as well as digital information resources. It contains advanced and latest literature of Engineering, Science, Management, Biotechnology & Pharmacy, Journalism & Mass Communication, Visual & Performing Art, Social Science, Applied Science, Travel & Tourism Management and Education. The Library has about 25,000 books, 50 journals, 30 magazines, 14 leading newspapers, 300 CD/DVD, several dissertations, theses, and reports etc.

It also has a collection of around 900 books on different religions. The digital information support and web based services are provided through more than 15 user terminals.

Facilities Available

Mangalayatan University has  well-equipped library for enhancing the knowledge of the students. The library is hooked on to various networks for procuring books and journals. The Library currently holds Volumes, Titles, International journals, National journals and Online journals.
The facilities in the library include high speed internet, reprographics facilities with photocopier, document scanner, printer and CD writer. Separate sections for reference   material, book bank and periodicals exist..

Language Learning Centres

The University is in the process to launch language learning centre to teach the students foreifn language

Computer Connectivity

The entire Universiry campus has well equipped wireless network ensuring mobile computing at all locations with high speed connection. A local area network covers the entire premises. Information system division includes software library with all the latest software. The University provides 12 Mbps leased line for faster Internet access.

Conference & Seminar Halls

The University provides modern venues for holding large meetings and conferences. University also provides for air-conditioned seminar halls.

Personality Development Programme

Personality development programmes are conducted in every institute, which takes the students to a whole new world of Behavioral Sciences.
