About Tathastu ICS

Tathastu ICS was founded with a simple yet powerful vision—to bridge the gap between academic education and competitive examination preparation. Every year, thousands of aspirants dedicate several years of their lives to the Civil Services Examination. Many struggle not because of a lack of hard work, but because of the absence of proper guidance, mentorship, and a structured approach. Tathastu ICS was established to address this challenge.

Led by Dr. Tanu Jain (Ex-AFHQCS), who has personally experienced the UPSC journey and served in the Government of India, Tathastu ICS provides aspirants with the direction, clarity, and mentorship required to navigate one of the most demanding examinations in the country. Our approach goes beyond merely completing the syllabus. We focus on building strong conceptual foundations, developing analytical thinking, improving answer-writing skills, and cultivating the temperament required for success in public service. Through a combination of expert faculty guidance, structured study plans, personalised mentorship, and continuous evaluation, we aim to make UPSC preparation more efficient, focused, and outcome-oriented.
