Objective

Mangalayatan University has taken appropriate steps to create an ecosystem for innovations by recruiting experts in various fields and developing state of the art infrastructure primarily for the creation and transfer of knowledge. The University has already established the incubation center named as University Innovation & Incubation Center (UIIC). The UIIC is a Non-profit Center dedicated to promote innovation and Entrepreneurship through the Incubation Centre. The purpose of UIIC is to incubate and materialize the conceptual ideas among the students and faculty members of Mangalayatan University and other similar Institutions and transform these ideas into value added products in the commercial market.

UIIC provides mentoring, workspace, technical facilities, and guidance to help early-stage ideas grow into sustainable startups. The Center works at the intersection of innovation, technology, and business, offering support that includes expert mentoring, prototype assistance, exposure to government schemes, and access to industry networks.

A major step forward for UIIC has been the University’s recent Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of MSME and Export Promotion, Government of Uttar Pradesh, under the CM Yuva Mission (Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyaan). Through this partnership, UIIC now acts as a nodal point for spreading awareness about entrepreneurship, startup schemes, and self-employment opportunities offered by the state. Students receive guidance on business registration, eligibility for financial assistance, and access to training and capacity-building programs under the CM Yuva Udyami Yojana.
