MBA in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics (Collaboration with IBM)which is a postgraduate-level program, students learn how to use data effectively for strategic planning and decision-making within organizations. The foundational topics such as finance, marketing, operations, strategy, and leadership are covered. In addition to the above topics, the students take specialized courses as well. The courses included are Introduction to business intelligence and data analytics, data warehousing and data mining, data visualization and reporting, business analytics, predictive analytics, big data analytics, machine learning for business intelligence, text analytics, web analytics, etc.

MBA - Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Eligibility Criteria

The students must have a UG degree from a recognized board or university in the related subject. The students must also meet minimum percentage criteria as specified by the university.

The candidates should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
The candidates should have cleared a bachelor's degree from a recognised university or institution.
A minimum of 50% marks is required.

MBA - Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Course Duration:

The MBA Data Analytics Management course is for 2 years duration with 6 semesters. The main purpose of the course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to use data effectively for decision-making and strategic planning within organizations.

Case studies are often used in the course curriculum. They provide real-world examples of how businesses use data analytics and business intelligence to make strategic decisions.
The course includes practical workshops and lab sessions. It provides students with opportunities to work with data analysis software and tools.
Group projects also form part of the course.
